Process based thinking
Obtaining a certificate, making process efficiencies, or embarking on a complex process automation initiative are all valid reasons for developing process descriptions. However, creating process descriptions or embarking on these initiatives only becomes valuable if there is a common approach to thinking about processes. It is also only valuable if effective processes are created with the ownership of the employees, instead of creating volumes of beautiful processes which often remain in the office cabinet.Having helped clients model, manage, and optimise thousand’s of processes; we have first-hand experience of the value that the Sensus-Method® can bring to every organisation in every industry.
The Sensus-Process Description Method® allows you to describe, visualise and improve all of your business processes. What is more, the Sensus-Process Description Method® provides a universal language and compels your employees to think from a process perspective.

Training, coaching and advice
The Sensus-Process Description Method® forms a platform for describing your processes. We teach employees in your organisation to think from a process perspective and to communicate clearly in a common way. A uniformity develops because everyone speaks the same language. Furthermore, we offer continuity of support, so that process based thinking is maintained. Quality assurance
The quality of the products and services we supply are monitored by the Sensus Cooption Foundation. The Sensus Cooption Foundation is a representative of business and government in the Netherlands. The Foundation’s goal is to develop the Sensus-method® as the International Communication Standard for businesses and non-profit organisations.
